8:30 am Revitalizing Breakfast

9:30 Circle Work

10:30-12:30 Optional surf session/SUP/relax

2:00 Standup Paddle Yoga session

3:30-5:30 Optional surf session/SUP/explore/relax

5:30-7:00 Circle Work

7:00 Family-style dinner

8:00-9:00 Relax

9:00-10:00 Guided Meditation


6:00 Meditation circle

7:00 Yoga

8:30-Soothing Breakfast

9:30-11:00 Closing Circle

11:30 Pack up & Goodbyes (to-go lunch for the road included)
